Enterprise software sales executive with 25+ years leading SaaS and cloud sales organizations across North America and Latin America. I've managed $150M+ in ARR and led teams of up to 75 sales professionals, consistently exceeding revenue targets while driving digital transformation with Fortune 500 enterprises, and recognized as a Top VP in North America for two consecutive years.
I'm skilled at developing high-performing leaders, building executive relationships, and using AI to sharpen forecasting, pipeline management, and business outcomes. Originally from Guatemala, I built my career from an entry-level sales role at BMC Software in 2001 into second-line executive sales leadership, with an MIS degree from LSU and two decades of enterprise GTM experience in between.
Winning in enterprise sales has never been the whole story for me. I'm an observant Jew, deeply committed to my faith and to the Chabad-Lubavitch community, and that's the lens everything else runs through: family first, community close behind, and a business career that's a means to make a real difference rather than an end in itself. What gets me up in the morning is simple: the chance to provide for my family, to build something of lasting value at work, and to give back, through charitable giving and hands-on involvement, to the causes and community that raised me.
Charity isn't a side project; it's part of how I keep score. Houston's Jewish community, and Aishel House in particular, which gives families a home away from home at the Texas Medical Center during a medical crisis, has had my support and involvement for years.
